Leeds United manager Neil Warnock has said that he will not be bringing in a number of players to the club over the next few months. Leeds United have already brought in a number of players using the loan system, and the manager has said that he does not plan to bring in any more.

Leeds United have been chasing promotion all season and they recently sacked manager Simon Grayson in their quest to do so. Former QPR manager Neil Warnock was immediately appointed in place of Simon Grayson. He has taken upon a Leeds United side that is currently in the 10th position in the table, many points behind the play-off position, which realistically seems to be the target as of now.

However, Leeds United have just one victory to show in the last few matches and the pressure is certainly on Neil Warnock to deliver the results. There have been calls for Leeds United to sign players from bigger clubs from the Premier league on a loan deal, but the manager has recently said that he does not plan to bring in any more players on a loan deal. Neil Warnock has said that the commitment shown by the loan players is one of the main reasons for him to not look at the prospect of loan players being solution to the club’s problems.

LEEDS LOOKING AT WARNOCK

By admin, February 20, 2012 10:57 am

Leeds united have moved in swiftly to replace the sacked Simon Grayson, as they step up their efforts to qualify for the play-off position. Leeds United recently sacked Simon Grayson after a run of poor results that has seen them drop out of the contention for the play-offs position.

Leeds United chairman Ken Bates has made it extremely clear that it would be the most important objective of the season. After the heavy defeat suffered at the hands of Birmingham city, Ken Bates decided to act swiftly by sacking manager Simon Grayson on February 1. Since then, Leeds United have been without a manager and the arrival of Neil Warnock will be seen as a great opportunity for them to push to the play-offs position.

Neil Warnock was also recently sacked by Premier league club QPR. Despite having done a great job with QPR, the London club decided to remove Neil Warnock from his position after not seeing him as the perfect candidate to spend around £ 20 million in the January transfer window. Mark Hughes was appointed in place of Neil Warnock. After taking over as manager of Leeds United, Neil Warnock has said that he is of the opinion that there is one big challenge left in him and it is that of taking Leeds United to the Premier league.

“I feel I have one big challenge left in me and believe Leeds is a club that should be in the Premier League. I want to be the man who is able to deliver this for a set of fans who never cease to amaze me with their numbers and loyalty,” new Leeds United manager Neil Warnock said after being appointed officially by the club. Leeds United are currently in the 10th place in the championship table.
