Doncaster Rovers last night booked at trip to face Leeds United in next weekend's League One play-off final at Wembley, after a James Coppinger hat-trick helped seal a 5-1 demolition of Southend United at the Keepmoat Stadium. Donny boss Sean O'Driscoll was quick to set his sights on a huge derby clash which will bring the curtain down on an amazing season.
'We have got through to a Yorkshire derby at Wembley but the job is only half done and we want to finish it off against a very good Leeds team,' he said. 'I watched both their games against Carlisle in the other semi-final play-off and they are a good side. They deserve credit for having come back to reach the play-offs having had 15 points deducted.'
'Probably Leeds will be the favourites, but both sides are going to be prepared and we've both got one foot in the door to the Championship. One of us is going to get promoted and we'll be doing our best to make sure that is us.'
